What size should I order?

If you’re wondering what size jersey to order, we recommend that you order a size up from your usual size. This is because we work with international manufacturers, and sizes can often run smaller than what you may be accustomed to with American sizing.

If you’re in doubt between two sizes, we suggest that you order the larger size. It’s always better to have a slightly looser fit than a jersey that’s too tight.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Most orders arrive in 6–14 business days total (processing + transit). Delivery estimates can vary during peak periods and carrier delays.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you receive the tracking link.
If you haven’t received tracking after 7 days, please email info@championfc.net and we’ll help.

Where is my Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us at info@championfc.net with your order number and we’ll assist.

What happens if I put the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after it is returned and confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@championfc.net (changes may not be possible once an order has shipped).

How should I care for my jersey?

To protect the intricate features of your retro jersey you should hand wash it or use your washing machine’s delicates setting. If your jersey has name/number printing we strongly advise against machine washing, as the flocking may start to peel after repeated washes.

Please contact us first for any inquiries regarding exchanges. If your item is in new condition with tags and packet we may be able to exchange it for you.

What are the letters you print made from?

The letters are embroidered or heat pressed to the shirt. Printed items should be washed by hand or washed using the delicates program on your washing machine. 

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Normally no, but in rare instances you may be asked to pay a customs fee to receive your item. We are not responsible for these fees
