What size should I order?

Can I track my item?

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is processed. Processing times vary depending on product availability and seasonality. What happens if I put the wrong address?

If your item was wrongly addressed and could not be delivered it will be returned at significant expense to us. Therefore we may charge you a resending or restocking fee depending on the circumstances. Please check your address carefully before placing your order.

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, as well as Europe.

 

Can I get my item without the player number and name?

We do not currently accept custom orders at this time. Apologies, but we are working on refining our custom order process and will be back better than every shortly.

 

How should I care for my jersey?

To protect the intricate features of your retro jersey you should hand wash it or use your washing machine’s delicates setting. If your jersey has name/number printing we strongly advise against machine washing, as the flocking may start to peel after repeated washes.

What is the refund policy?

Can I exchange my item?

Please contact us first for any inquiries regarding exchanges. If your item is in new condition with tags and packet we may be able to exchange it for you.

What are the letters you print made from?

The letters are embroidered to the shirt. Printed items should be washed by hand or washed using the delicates program on your washing machine. 

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Normally no, but in rare instances you may be asked to pay a customs fee to receive your item. We are not responsible for these fees.
